We like simple, and simply healthy, and we think you will too! 

 

We offer seasonally the option to buy bulk (a quarter or half of a beef) and you choose the custom cuts you want to have!  At times we offer individual cuts for sale, however due to high demand we sometimes are sold out of individual cuts. 

 

Below you will see "Bulk Beef Deposit" as an option to pay a deposit on a bulk beef order.  If we have any inventory of individual cuts you will see those below the bulk beef option or if they are sold out you'll see an "out of stock" note.  

 

Once you pay a deposit we will reach out to you when your beef is scheduled for processing.   Additionally at that time you will be able to go to a simple survey we will send to you that will walk you through choosing how to have your beef processed.  We've made it simple so don't worry you don't need to be an expert:)
